Manchester is home to some stunning pieces of architecture from the Imperial War Museum to the court, to John Rylands library. We want to run a competition for architects or budding architects or anyone else who is out of work in the building industry to get involved. Your brief is to create a structure which has to be able to be built in an hour and represent a Manchester landmark using only recycled reclaimed materials. The winner will recieve the adulation of their peers and this is quite a prize when their are few commissions knocking about.
